2. Our products All Made Bold products are handcrafted and made to order. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our items and screen display differences.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders & payment By placing an order you confirm you are legally entitled to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Made-to-order & lead times As all products are made to order, production and dispatch times are stated on individual product pages. We will notify you of any significant delays.

6. Shipping We ship primarily within the UK. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details of your right to return or exchange items.

8. Intellectual property All content on madebold.co.uk — including designs, images, and copy — is the property of Made Bold and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made Bold's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
