Made-to-Order Production Times All Made Bold products are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
UK Shipping We ship across the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard: 2–5 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen delivery method.
Tracked Shipping All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping We currently ship primarily to the UK. If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@madebold.co.uk before purchasing to discuss options.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) For any international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Made Bold is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@madebold.co.uk with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
