Our Commitment We want you to love every piece you receive from Made Bold. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind) You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, email us at support@madebold.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 3 business days with next steps.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items All of our products are made to order and are therefore exempt from standard change-of-mind returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please check your order carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure about anything, get in touch before ordering — we're happy to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@madebold.co.uk with photos and your order number, and we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by us.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
